Advanced Speed Level reached!

Congratulations to the following children who have achieved a speed award on the top rung of our typing speed ladder:

Gold (90wpm) – Luke G

Silver (75wpm) – Oliver

Bronze (60wpm) – Jessica & William M

Many congratulations also to Year 6 who have all now become touch typists (achieving a typing speed of 30wpm). This is excellent preparation for their impending transition to secondary school. The average speed in Year 6 is 46 words per minute, with Year 5 hot on their heels at 41 words per minute.
